Veg Suzi Fingers Recipe
VEG SUZI FINGERS
Ingredients
- 2 + 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Suzi
- 3 tbsp Grated Paneer
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Grated Garlic
- 1 small Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Salt
For Coating:
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- Water for consistency
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
Oil for greasing the plate & frying
Instructions
- In a heavy bottom kadhai, take 2 +1/2 cup milk, let it boil.
- Add butter, once it melts, add paneer and suzi.
- Add ginger, garlic, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, salt.
- Mix well.
- Once it thickens, pour it out thinly on a greased plate.
- Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
- Take it out from the fridge, cut it in finger shapes
- Prepare a batter of rice flour + water.
- Dip the fingers in the rice flour batter and then coat them with the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry it and serve with green coriander or imli chutney.
- Can store the Suzi Fingers in fridge for 1-2 days.
