Orange Crumble Cake – Glutin Free

ORANGE CRUMBLE CAKE

Gluten Free

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 No. Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Brown Sugar ((Can use coconut sugar/ raw cane sugar))
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Orange zest ((optional))
  1. Whisk the egg.

  2. Add oil, yoghurt, vanilla. Once it is mixed well, addpowdered sugar.

  3. Add dry ingredients one by one(almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, baking soda) with cut and foldmethod.

  4. Add pinch of salt

  5. Add orange juice and zest.

  6. Pour and craped the batter into lined tin.

  7. Bake the cake in preheatedoven at 180degrees for18-22 minutes. Or till the skewer comesclean.

  8. Let it rest for 10minutes.
