Orange Crumble Cake – Glutin Free
ORANGE CRUMBLE CAKE

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 No. Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Powdered Brown Sugar (Can use coconut sugar/ raw cane sugar)
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp Orange zest (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk the egg.
- Add oil, yoghurt, vanilla. Once it is mixed well, addpowdered sugar.
- Add dry ingredients one by one(almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, baking soda) with cut and foldmethod.
- Add pinch of salt
- Add orange juice and zest.
- Pour and craped the batter into lined tin.
- Bake the cake in preheatedoven at 180degrees for18-22 minutes. Or till the skewer comesclean.
- Let it rest for 10minutes.
