VEG SUZI FINGERS

Ingredients
  

  • 2 + 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Suzi
  • 3 tbsp Grated Paneer
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1 small Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

For Coating:

  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • Water for consistency
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Oil for greasing the plate & frying

    Instructions
     

    • In a heavy bottom kadhai, take 2 +1/2 cup milk, let it boil.
    • Add butter, once it melts, add paneer and suzi.
    • Add ginger, garlic, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, salt.
    • Mix well.
    • Once it thickens, pour it out thinly on a greased plate.
    • Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
    • Take it out from the fridge, cut it in finger shapes
    • Prepare a batter of rice flour + water.
    • Dip the fingers in the rice flour batter and then coat them with the bread crumbs.
    • Deep fry it and serve with green coriander or imli chutney.
    • Can store the Suzi Fingers in fridge for 1-2 days.
