Chana Dal Tikki Recipe

CHANA DAL TIKKI

  • 1/2 Katori Chana Dal
  • 1 No. Hari Mirch
  • 1/2 tsp Adrak
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Chopped
  • Hara Dhaniya chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • salt
  1. Soak Chana Dal for 3-4 hours.




  2. Boil it with adrak and green chilli.



  3. Strain it, if any water is left



  4. Add all the other ingredients



  5. Make tikkis



  6. Pan fry/ Shallow fry them



  7. Serve them with green chutney or imli chutney
