Chana Dal Tikki Recipe
CHANA DAL TIKKI
- 1/2 Katori Chana Dal
- 1 No. Hari Mirch
- 1/2 tsp Adrak
- 1/2 Medium Onion Chopped
- Hara Dhaniya chopped
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- salt
Soak Chana Dal for 3-4 hours.
Boil it with adrak and green chilli.
Strain it, if any water is left
Add all the other ingredients
Make tikkis
Pan fry/ Shallow fry them
Serve them with green chutney or imli chutney
