Chana Dal Tikki Recipe
CHANA DAL TIKKI
Ingredients
- 1/2 Katori Chana Dal
- 1 No. Hari Mirch
- 1/2 tsp Adrak
- 1/2 Medium Onion Chopped
- Hara Dhaniya chopped
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- salt
Instructions
- Soak Chana Dal for 3-4 hours.
- Boil it with adrak and green chilli.
- Strain it, if any water is left
- Add all the other ingredients
- Make tikkis
- Pan fry/ Shallow fry them
- Serve them with green chutney or imli chutney
