ORANGE CRUMBLE CAKE

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 No. Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Brown Sugar (Can use coconut sugar/ raw cane sugar)
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Orange zest (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the egg.
  • Add oil, yoghurt, vanilla. Once it is mixed well, addpowdered sugar.
  • Add dry ingredients one by one(almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, baking soda) with cut and foldmethod.
  • Add pinch of salt
  • Add orange juice and zest.
  • Pour and craped the batter into lined tin.
  • Bake the cake in preheatedoven at 180degrees for18-22 minutes. Or till the skewer comesclean.
  • Let it rest for 10minutes.
