Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Katori Chana Dal
  • 1 No. Hari Mirch
  • 1/2 tsp Adrak
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Chopped
  • Hara Dhaniya chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak Chana Dal for 3-4 hours.
  • Boil it with adrak and green chilli.
  • Strain it, if any water is left
  • Add all the other ingredients
  • Make tikkis
  • Pan fry/ Shallow fry them
  • Serve them with green chutney or imli chutney
